The Opening of the Flockers Flagship Shop

On the 1st November 2023, we had the pleasure of opening our beautiful flagship Baaad Flockers shop in Hay-on-Wye.

Affectionately known as Hay, this market town is nestled in rich community in Powys, Wales, in the historic county of Brecknockshire. Home to over twenty bookshops – second-hand pages and antiquarian ones, too - Hay is the National Book Town of Wales. A treasure trove for the world’s readers, it’s a charming place to be. No wonder then, that it holds its annual literary Hay Festival.

So that November day in 2023 was a delightful day for us. Much like our neighbours, we bring something unique to wanderers and locals, and do our best to a put a smile on their faces, even if they’re only walking past. (Yes, we see you! Not many can walk past the shop window without a giggle!) Pudding the dog has been greeting new and old customers ever since, wagging his tail off!

Because this is our flagship shop, new designs are released early here, and you can see the full range of hilarious garments and gifts on offer, all designed in created with a smile in mind.
